DAY 01 - Mon: Sept 23, 2024~   ARRIVE TORONTO, ONTARIO  (D)
Arrive at the Toronto hotel to commence the tour. Meet your fellow travelers at dinner this evening. Possible Toronto Blue jays baseball game this evening, schedule permitting.

DAY 02 - Tue: Sept 24, 2024~ TORONTO - ST. JACOBS, ONTARIO   (B/D)
Morning visit of Toronto including the CN Tower, one of the tallest free standing buildings in the world. This amazing city is made up of many cultures and diversity. Later, travel to the St. Jacobs region in the Mennonite region of the province, to view their culture and lifestyle. Stop at the St. Jacobs Farmers Market, the largest year-round farmer’s market in Canada, and a popular destination for residents of the town and nearby communities.

DAY 03 - Wed: Sept 25, 2024~ - ST. JACOBS - CHATHAM, ONTARIO   (B/L/D)
Visit a local dairy, as well as a farmer growing soya beans, corn and beans. Travel through farming country to Chatham for the next two nights. Stay at a unique, awe-inspiring property with a collection of vibrant and eclectic décor, and unexpected treasures throughout; a remarkable mix of iconic design, fused with modern luxury.

DAY 04 - Thu: Sept 26, 2024~ CHATHAM REGION, ONTARIO    (B/L)
Visit a large greenhouse operation which grows peppers and/ or tomatoes. Have lunch in the local town then visit a large seed cleaning and processing plant. This facility processes, cleans, and bags only the finest quality food grade soybeans for distribution internationally and has been growing, processing and distributing pedigree soybean seeds for over three decades. They specialise in white hilum, non-GMO and Round-Up Ready soybean seed. Return to hotel.

DAY 05 - Fri: Sept 27, 2024, 2023~ CHATHAM - NORFOLK, ONTARIO    (B/L)
Breakfast before travelling to visit a large dairy. This is followed by visit to the tobacco, ginseng, orchard and vegetable growing region of Norfolk, a rural region which offers excellent soil for growing many different crops.

DAY 06 - Sat: Sept 28, 2024~ NORFOLK - NIAGARA FALL - HAMILTON, ONTARIO   (B/L)
Breakfast then travel to Niagara Falls and take a voyage on the “Hornblower” under the falls. Lunch will be at one of the many Niagara Wineries with a tour and tasting. Later, travel into Hamilton for the night. Evening free.

DAY 07 – Sun: Sept 29. 2024~ HAMILTON, ONTARIO - HYACINTHE, QUEBEC (B/L)
Travel by VIA Rail, First Class Train from Toronto to Montreal, including lunch and drinks. Arrive Montreal and travel to St. Hyacinthe by coach. Dinner included.

DAY 08 – Mon: Sept 30, 2024~ HYACINTHE - QUEBEC CITY, QUEBEC (B/L/D)
Morning visit to a cereal farm working in no tillage. This is followed by a visit to a bio milk farm followed by lunch. Afterwards travel to Quebec City and enjoy a walking tour and a coach tour around this amazing city. Québec City sits on the Saint Lawrence River in Canada’s mostly French-speaking Québec province. Dating to 1608, it has a fortified colonial core, Vieux-Québec and Place Royale, with stone buildings and narrow streets. This area is the site of the towering Château Frontenac Hotel and imposing Citadelle of Québec. The Petit Champlain district’s cobblestone streets are lined with bistros and boutiques. Two-night stay.

DAY 09 – Tue: Oct 01, 2024~ QUEBEC CITY & AREA   (B/L)
Morning visit to Montmorency Falls and Orleans Island. Visit a large poultry farm. This is followed by a typical lunch at a sugar shack with musical animation. Later in the day, visit a local cider producer with a tasting of his cider and ice cider. Return to Quebec City for some leisure time.

DAY 10 – Wed: Oct 02, 2024~ QUEBEC CITY - MONTREAL, QUEBEC (B/D)
Depart Quebec City and follow the north shore of the St-Lawrence River. Stop at a cheesemaker and farm with a 70 jersey cow production and enjoy a tasting of cheese made at the farm. Travel on to Montreal and take a city tour

DAY 11 – Thu: Oct 03, 2024 ~ MONTREAL, QUEBEC - MONTPELIER, VERMONT   (B/L)
Today we leave Canada and depart Quebec City following the St-Lawrence River before crossing into the USA and Burlington Vermont. Cruise from Burlington on Champlain Lake with lunch. Though Lake Champlain was for decades a major force in shipping and commerce, that era largely came to a close in the early 20th century as traffic shifted from boats to railroads and roadways. Today it’s best known as a recreational and cultural destination. No visit to this region would be complete without a visit to Ben and Jerry’s, for quality ice cream. Founded in 1978 in Burlington, Vermont, the company went from a single ice cream parlour to a multi-national brand over the course of a few decades and now specialises in a great variety of flavours. Continue into Montpelier (Vermont capital) for a two-night stay.

DAY 12 – Fri: Oct 04, 2024~ MONTELIER & AREA   (B/L)
Visit the 1859 Vermont State House - a gold-domed Greek Revival building with decorative and fine art collections. Meet with Rural Vermont, the farmer association of Vermont. and after lunch, visit a local dairy. Return to Montpelier for some free time in this lovely downtown.

DAY 13 – Sat: Oct 05, 2024~ MONTELIER, VERMONT - ALBANY, NEW YORK  (B/L) 
Visit the Hancock Shaker Village, a rural living history museum committed to bringing the Shaker story to life and preserving it for future generations. Called the “City of Peace” by the Shakers who lived here for 179 years until 1960”. Visit a local Holstein farm and the city of Albany, the New York state capital.

DAY 14 – Sun: Oct 06, 2024~ ALBANY - NEW YORK CITY, NEW YOK  (B/L) 
Travel through the state of New Jersey on your way into New York City. Lunch in a panoramic restaurant in New Jersey overlooking New York City skyscrapers. Arrive New York City and visit Time Square with free time to explore Rockefeller Center observation deck overlooking Manhattan, including the Empire State Building. Arrive at hotel for a two-night stay.

DAY 15 – Mon: Oct 07, 2024~ NEW YORK CITY  (B/D) 
A morning tour of New York City with free time on your own. This evening there’s a panoramic boat cruise with dinner overlooking Manhattan, the Statue of Liberty and Brooklyn Bridge.
