This tour through Alberta and Saskatchewan offers a unique blend of Canadian culture, agriculture, and natural beauty. Highlights include two days at the world-famous Calgary Stampede, visits to family-run farms and large-scale agri-businesses, and breathtaking sights in the Canadian Rockies including Jasper National Park and Banff National Park. Travelers will experience everything from dairy and grain operations to vegetable greenhouses with some great sightseeing along the way! The journey wraps up in Saskatoon with a full day at the Ag-in-Motion Farm Show, Western Canada's largest outdoor agricultural expo.

Day 01: Friday, July 03, 2026 – Arrive Calgary  (D)
Welcome to Calgary! Enjoy dinner and overnight in the Calgary region.

Day 02: Saturday, July 04, 2026 - Calgary Stampede (B)
Enjoy a full day at the Calgary Stampede with reserved seating for the Chuckwagon Races and Grandstand Show and Fireworks this evening. This will be a very late evening.

Day 03: Sunday, July 05, 2026 – Calgary Stampede (B/D)
After breakfast at the hotel, enjoy some downtime before arriving to the Calgary Stampede for the day, with time to explore the different exhibits and to take in the afternoon Rodeo – reserved seating included. Dinner & overnight in the central Alberta region.

Day 04: Monday, July 06, 2026 – Central Alberta (B/L/D)
After breakfast at the hotel, visit to Horseshoe Canyon, a dramatic, U-shaped canyon in Alberta’s badlands, known for its layered rock formations, fossil beds, and striking desert-like landscape. Enjoy a tour of Western Canada’s Largest Hay Export Facility. Continue to a 4500 acre grain farm, for a visit & dinner right at the farm. Overnight in Lacombe.

Day 05: Tuesday, July 07, 2026 – Lacombe (B/L/D)
After breakfast at the hotel, enjoy a tour of one of the largest farm equipment dealerships in western Canada. Continue to a purebred Simmental farm, a family run operation and grain farm and enjoy lunch on the farm. An afternoon visit to a purebred Angus Cattle Farm. Enjoy dinner featuring freshly grown and raised ingredients.

Day 06: Wednesday, July 08, 2026 – Jasper National Park (B/L/D)
After breakfast at the hotel, load up the coach and head west for the Canadian Rockies.  Continuing west through the Rocky Mountains, passing Abraham Lake, Canada’s largest man-made lake. Arriving to Jasper National Park, board a SnoCoach for a thrilling trek to Athabasca Glacier. Dinner and overnight in Jasper National Park.

Day 07: Thursday, July 09, 2026 – Banff National Park - Canmore (B)
After breakfast at the hotel, depart south for Peyto Lake for photo ops at Peyto Lake Overlook. Stop for photos at famous Lake Louise. Continue to Banff, a charming mountain town nestled in the heart of Banff National Park, known for its stunning alpine scenery, turquoise lakes, and vibrant town center. Enjoy lunch on own and shopping before the Sulphur Mountain Banff Gondola ride. Enjoy the views and take in the newly renovated Sulphur Mountain Observation Centre. Overnight in Canmore.

Day 08: Friday, July 10, 2026 – Canmore - Lethbridge (B/L/D)
After breakfast at the hotel, enjoy a scenic drive from the Canadian Rockies and into the foothills of southern Alberta. Enjoy a visit to a functioning grain elevator – situated along the Canadian National Railway, to learn about the importance of the railroad for grain farmers in Canada. Enjoy an afternoon tour of a vegetable greenhouse & farm. Dinner and overnight in Lethbridge.

Day 09: Saturday, July 11, 2026: Southern Alberta  (B/L/D)
After breakfast at the hotel, enjoy a visit to a large potato, sugar beet and bean farm. Learn about the importance of irrigation for farmers in southern Alberta. An afternoon visit to a large dairy farm, a large family run operation. Dinner & tasting at a local winery in the region. Overnight in Lethbridge.

Day 10: Sunday, July 12, 2026: Lethbridge – Swift Current (B/L/D)
After breakfast at hotel, visit to a mint farm – where mint is grown and processed for Colgate toothpaste and many popular essential oil brands. Enjoy a scenic drive east, through the grasslands of Alberta. Arrive to Medicine Hat, known as the “sunniest city in Canada”. Enjoy a tour and tasting at a local brewery, where barley & hops are locally grown. View the Saamis Tepee, standing over 215 feet tall. Dinner and overnight in Swift Current.  

Day 11: Monday, July 13, 2026: Swift Current – Moose Jaw, Saskatchewan (B/L/D)
After breakfast at the hotel, continue east and enter the province of Saskatchewan, known as the “Breadbasket of Canada” for its significant agricultural production. Enjoy a visit to one of the largest farm enterprises in Saskatchewan. This evening will include a very unique experience at the “Tunnels of Moose Jaw” – theatrically guided tours taking history underground. The tour will explain the importance of the tunnels during the 1920’s prohibition. This is a truly enjoyable and unique experience! Dinner & overnight in Moose Jaw.   

Day 12: Tuesday, July 14, 2026: Moose Jaw – Saskatoon, Saskatchewan (B/D)
The group will travel to Saskatoon today. Driving through some of the best farmland of Saskatchewan. A stop enroute before arriving to a farm equipment production center. Dinner & overnight in Saskatoon.

Day 13: Wednesday, July 15, 2026: Ag-in-Motion Farm Show (B/D)
Enjoy a full day at the Ag-in-Motion Farm Show.  Ag in Motion is the largest outdoor farm expo in Western Canada, featuring the latest advancements in agriculture technology and equipment. With live field demonstrations, educational events and networking opportunities, it’s a must-attend event for anyone in the agricultural industry. Dinner & overnight in Saskatoon.

Day 14: Thursday, July 16, 2026: Saskatoon – Home (B)
All good things must come to an end. Transfer to the Saskatoon airport to start your journey home.
