Day 01- Jan 20, 2019: Sun – FLYING TO AUSTRALIA
The tour begins with a flight from Canada/USA into Australia. You will cross the International Date Line and lose a day. [IFM]

Day 02 - Jan 21, 2019: Mon – LOSE THIS DAY
This is a lost day because of the International Date Line.  You will cross over the International Date Line once more and gain a day back on your return home.

Day 03 - Jan 22, 2019: Tue – BRISBANE, AU
Arrive into Brisbane, Australia. Clear Australia customs then enjoy free time in afternoon to explore Brisbane on your own.  [B]

Day 04 - Jan 23, 2019: Wed – BRISBANE - DALBY, AU
Visit the “Lone Pine Koala Sanctuary this morning  where you can cuddle a koala or feed the kangaroos. Depart the sanctuary and drive west, over the Great Dividing Range to the agricultural community of Dalby for a 2 night stay.  Dalby is a town in the Darling Downs region and is approximately 208 km west of  Brisbane. This area is where wheat, sorghum, cotton and pulse crops are grown as well as the production of lamb, beef and pork.  This evening enjoy a typical Australian pub-style dinner.    [B/D]

Day 05 - Jan 24, 2019: Thu - DALBY, AU
The Dalby area is where wheat, sorghum, cotton and pulse crops are grown.  Visit a feedlot and a grain farm plus other agriculture sights.  The evening is free to explore on your own. [B]

Day 06 - Jan 25, 2019: Fri – DALBY - SYDNEY, AU
Travel to Toowoomba, situated at the top of the Great Dividing Range to fly to Sydney, the vibrant capital of New South Wales. Take a tour of the world-famous “Sydney Opera House” before checking into the hotel, situated on the Darling Harbour, for a 2-night stay.  [B]

Day 07 - Jan 26, 2019: Sat – SYDNEY, AU
Enjoy a morning cruise on the world's most beautiful Harbour, Sydney Harbour. The beauty and splendor of Sydney Harbour is something that has to be experienced first-hand - no picture or video can do justice to it. The afternoon and evening is free to explore on your own. [B]
Please Note  This is “Australia  Day” and tonight there will be fireworks and entertainment on the harbour.

Day 08 - Jan 27, 2019: Sun – SYDNEY - MELBOURNE/BALLARAT, AU
From Sydney, fly to Melbourne and  transfer to the farming community of Ballarat and check into the hotel for a 2-night stay.  Ballarat is Victoria's largest inland city, a thriving hub of contemporary arts, events and food and wine, with a fascinating heritage backdrop.   [B/D]

Day 09 - Jan 28, 2019: Mon – BALLARAT, AU
Today’s farm visits will include a visit to a cattle sales yard as well as a potato farm.  Enjoy the Sound and Light “Blood on the Southern Cross” dinner show this evening at historic Sovereign Hill. The story of the Eureka Rebellion of 1854, between gold miners and Government forces, is retold tonight in an, acclaimed sound-and-light spectacular. [B/D]

Day 10 - Jan 29, 2019: Tue – BALLARAT - BORDERTOWN, AU
A morning visit to a sheep sales yard before traveling through the region, known as the “Victorian Wheat Belt”.  Visit a local agriculture farm store and lunch then visit a carrot farm followed by a large scale cereal grain operation then travel into the small farming community of Bordertown for an overnight stay.    [B/L/D]

Day 11 - Jan 30, 2019: Wed – BORDERTOWN - MANNUM, AU
This morning, visit a seed cleaning operation then continue through Murray Bridge where you will visit an onion farm before arriving into the historic riverside village of Mannum, situated on the banks of the Murray River, the largest river in Australia, for an overnight stay. [B/D]

Day 12 - Jan 31, 2019: Thu – MANNUM - BAROSSA VALLEY, AU
Today continue to the renowned Barossa Valley, one of Australia’s oldest wine regions, to enjoy a tasting and luncheon in this exquisite surroundings.  See the German influenced in the architecture throughout this area.  Enjoy a “Farewell Luncheon” at one of the wineries before an overnight stay in the Barossa Valley.  Balance of the day is free to explore on your own and re-pack your bags for your flights back to North America. Day 13 - Feb 01, 2019: Fri - END OF TOUR
This morning, transfer to the Adelaide International Airport for the flights back to North America.  [B/IFM]
