DAY 01 – Thursday, April 30, 2026: Halifax, NS
Welcome to Halifax! Meet your local guide and transfer to your hotel, your home for the next 3 nights. Enjoy a “Welcome Dinner” at the hotel this evening. (D)

Day 2: Friday, May 01, 2026: Halifax, NS
Begin the day with a tour of Halifax, the vibrant capital of Nova Scotia. See historic architecture blended with modern cityscapes. During the tour you will also visit Fairview Lawn Cemetery, the final resting place of over 100 Titanic victims. Next, you will head to the Annapolis Valley, known for fertile soils, rolling landscapes, and rich agricultural traditions. Visit a local winery for lunch and tasting, followed by a stop at a fruit orchard. Return to Halifax this evening. (B/L)

Day 3: Saturday, May 02, 2026: Halifax, NS
Discover the charm of Nova Scotia’s South Shore, where the colorful UNESCO World Heritage town of Lunenburg meets the iconic lighthouse and rugged coastline of Peggy’s Cove. This scenic region offers a perfect blend of maritime history, coastal beauty, and small-town warmth. Visit the Ecology Action Centre for an overview of their Kelp Kurious project to learn about opportunities in the seaweed farming sector. Enjoy dinner at a local restaurant. (B/D)

Day 4: Sunday, May 03, 2026: NS - PEI
Check out of the hotel and travel to Prince Edward Island via the Confederation Bridge, the longest bridge over ice-covered waters in the world. Arrive in Charlottetown early this afternoon and enjoy free time for lunch before a guided overview of the city. Later, visit COWS Creamery for a self-guided tour of the facility. Perhaps treat yourself to a scoop of their world-famous ice cream while you're there! This evening, enjoy an included dinner featuring either a local guest speaker or live Island entertainment. Day 5: Monday, May 04, 2026: PEI North Shore
Today offers a unique look at both the agricultural heart and scenic beauty of Prince Edward Island. Visit Allan Equipment Manufacturing and a local potato farm to see the tools and techniques behind one of the Island’s key industries, followed by a stop at the Harrington Research Farm, focused on sustainable farming and crop diversification. In the afternoon, explore the beloved Green Gables Heritage Place and enjoy a scenic drive through PEI National Park with a chance to dip your toes at Cavendish Beach. The day ends with a traditional lobster dinner before returning to Charlottetown. (B/D)

Day 6: Tuesday, May 05, 2026: Charlottetown, PEI
This morning you will explore how Prince Edward Island is responding to environmental challenges with a visit to the Canadian Centre for Climate Change and Adaptation, where researchers are developing innovative solutions to help communities and industries adapt to a changing climate. Then, gain insight into Island agriculture with a tour of a local dairy farm. Return to Charlottetown this afternoon for time to explore the city on your own. (B/L)

Day 7: Wednesday, May 06, 2026: PEI - Hopewell Rocks - Board the Ocean Via Rail Line
After checking out of the hotel, travel to Kinkora to visit a private collection of antique farming equipment and meet a local farming family. Continue across the Confederation Bridge into New Brunswick and visit the stunning Hopewell Rocks, where the Bay of Fundy’s powerful tides have carved towering “Flowerpot” formations. Note: ocean floor access is subject to park conditions. After lunch at the onsite restaurant, travel to Moncton and board VIA Rail’s The Ocean for an overnight journey through the scenic Maritimes. Day 8: Thursday, May 07, 2026: Arrive Montreal - Toronto, ON
Arrive in Montreal and transfer to another train with Business service bound for Toronto. Take in the changing scenery as you travel in comfort, arriving in Toronto later in the afternoon. Overnight in Toronto. (B/L)

Day 9: Friday, May 08, 2026: Toronto, ON
Enjoy a guided city tour of Toronto, visiting highlights such as the CN Tower, Rogers Centre, Eaton Centre, Queen’s Park, and the picturesque Lake Ontario waterfront. A stop at Casa Loma, the city’s grand castle, offers a taste of Toronto’s history and charm. This evening, enjoy a theatre performance (show to be announced) and an included dinner. (B/D)

Day 10: Saturday, May 09, 2026: St. Jacobs Visit, ON
Travel to St. Jacobs for an Old Order Mennonite tour, including a visit to a meetinghouse. Spend some free time at the St. Jacobs Market with a lunch voucher in hand, then savour a hearty family-style Mennonite dinner before returning to Toronto. (B/L/D)

Day 11: Sunday, May 10, 2026: Board the Canadian Via Rail Line
Depart Toronto this morning aboard VIA Rail’s The Canadian train. Settle in for a full day on the train as you travel through the varied landscapes of Ontario—urban centres, peaceful hills, lush forests, and winding rivers. (B/L/D)

Day 12: Monday, May 11, 2026: Arrive Winnipeg, MB
Enjoy the scenic ride and arrive in Winnipeg late this evening. Transfer to your hotel and settle in for a three-night stay. (B/L/D)

Day 13: Tuesday, May 12, 2026: Winnipeg, MB
Start the day with a guided tour of Manitoba’s capital, including St. Boniface Cathedral, the Legislative Building, the Leo Mol Sculpture Garden, and the historic Wellington Crescent. Day 14: Wednesday, May 13, 2026: Winnipeg, MB

DAY 15 – Thursday, May 14, 2026: Winnipeg - Board the Canadian Via Rail Line
Enjoy a leisurely morning before visiting the Canadian Museum for Human Rights and The Forks National Historic Site. With time to browse the unique shops of The Forks Market. Enjoy dinner before boarding The Canadian train once more. (B/D)

DAY 16 – Friday, May 15, 2026: Saskatchewan by Rail
Today you’ll travel across south-central part of Saskatchewan, where wide-open prairies meet winding rivers and scenic hills. Discover Saskatoon, known as “the Paris of the Prairies” for its beautiful bridges and vibrant charm. Arrive to Edmonton and overnight in the city. (B/L/D)

DAY 17 – Saturday, May 16, 2026: Central Alberta
Travel to the fertile farmland of central Alberta. Visit to a large dairy farm. Visit to a large grain farm, and enjoy dinner this evening at the farm. Overnight in Lacombe. (B/D)

DAY 18 – Sunday, May 17, 2026: Jasper National Park
Departing the Alberta Prairies and head west for the breathtaking Canadian Rockies. Pass Abraham Lake, Canada’s largest man-made lake and arrive to Jasper National Park. View Athabasca Glacier. Dinner and overnight in the heart of the Rockies. (B/L/D)

DAY 19 – Monday, May 18, 2026: Banff National Park
Enjoy a visit to Peyto Lake, viewpoint of Bow Glacier, and time at Lake Louise. Continue to Banff, the quaint mountain town. Enjoy free time on Banff Ave before a ride on the Sulphur Mountain Banff Gondola. Overnight in Banff. (B/D)

DAY 20 – Tuesday, May 19, 2026: Transfer to Calgary Airport
All good things must come to an end! Leave the Canadian Rockies for the Calgary Airport for flight home. (B)
