Day 01:  June 01, 2019:  Depart North America for Ukraine        [IFM]
An overnight flight from North America to Odessa, Ukraine, a port city on the Black Sea in southern Ukraine.

Day 02:  June 02, 2019:  Odessa, Ukraine      [IFM/D]
Arrive at the Odessa airport today then transfer to a city centre hotel for a 3-night stay.  Rest of the day to relax before enjoying a “Welcome Dinner” this evening at an authentic Odessa restaurant.

Day 03:   June 03, 2019:  Odessa      (B/L/D)
After breakfast, you will have a tour to Odesa Privoz.  It is the largest open market of Ukraine which appeared in a year after building the city itself.  It sells all vitally needed supplies, it has everything.  After lunch, enjoy an Odessa city tour.  During the tour you will be not only taken to famous locations that all travellers visit, but also to places usually seen only by the people who live here!  You will experience the real Odessa: a city with intimate courtyards, a romantic ambience and a Mediterranean spirit that evokes a feeling of peace and happiness with reminders of its past “golden age”.  You visit such sights as Potemkin stairs, Derebasovskaya Street, Frantsuzskiy boulevard, Odessa Opera House, monuments to Duk, Utesov, Utochkin, 12-th stool etc.  You will be provided with an unforgettable and a wonderful time in Odessa so that you will fall in love with this city!
Enjoy free time before dinner this evening.

Day 04:  June 04, 2019:  Odessa       (B/L/D)
Today you will visit wineries, including Shabo winery.  The "Wine Cultural Center Shabo" with wine tasting.  It is located directly at production complex of "Shabo" Company, in one of the ancient European wine-making regions, its traditions were established in ancient times.  It is the exclusive cultural center in Ukraine combining operating advanced enterprise, ancient wine cellars, degustation room, expositions of modern sculptures and architecture, and unique Wine and Wine-making Museum.  During the tour at "Wine Cultural Center" you visit manufacture, museums and historic cellars, storage, the Dionysus fountain and become familiar with product TM "Shabo".  Lunch and free time at the winery before returning to Odessa for dinner and the evening.

Day 05:   June 05, 2019:  Odessa ~ Kiev      (B/L/D)
Checkout after breakfast and make your way to Kyiv.  You will be visiting a crop production farm.   The farm has 3000 ha of land and is involved in production of grain, corn, sunflower and  rape seeds.  After lunch, you will be visiting a dairy farm.  The farm has 300 heads of dairy cows.  Milking parlour – DeLaval.  DeLaval is the worldwide leader in milking equipment and solutions for dairy farmers, which make sustainable food production possible, ensuring milk quality and animal health.  Later in the day, transfer to the hotel, check in for 3 nights, then have dinner.

Day 06:  June 06, 2019:  Kiev      (B/L/D)
After breakfast, check out of the hotel and transfer to technical visits.  Visit crop production farm owned by German farmer. Total land size 2 500ha, winter wheat - 900ha, rape - 350ha, barley - 200ha, sunflower - 250ha, sweet corn - 250ha, sugar beet - 150ha, soy beans - 150ha;, 95% of foreign machinery.  After lunch, visit a dairy farm.  Modern farm with 3000 ha of land, 1662 cattle, 825 milking cows, breed: Red-and-white and Black and white Holstein;  biogas unit on the farm.  Later in the afternoon, transfer to the hotel.

Day 07:  June 07, 2019:  Kiev        (B/L/D)
Today, a Kyiv city tour.  During the excursion you see Golden Gate, Saint Sophia Cathedral , Sophia Square, B. Khmelnuckyi monument, Andriivska church, National Bank of Ukraine, feudal castle, Chocolate house, Klovskyi Palace.  Enjoy time on your own, further exploring this city.

Day 08:  June 08, 2019:  Kiev, Ukraine ~ Krakow, Poland      (B/L)
This morning, after breakfast, transfer and visit the ethnographic complex "Ukrainian village".  The main objective of the Church and Ethnographic Complex “Ukrainian Village” is to revive in the hearts of ordinary Ukrainians love to Ukrainian spiritual roots: faith, people, state, culture, and family life.  Enjoy lunch at the village museum before traveling back to Kyiv.  There is time to pack and transfer to the airport for your flight to Krakow, Poland.  Upon arrival, transfer to the hotel for 4 nights.

Day 09:  June 09, 2019:  Kraków       (B/L/D)
Today enjoy a Krakow city tour.  You will walk along beautiful Kanonicza and Grodzka streets, enjoy the ambience of the Main Market Square and listen to the bugle call from the tower of St. Mary’s Church.  You will have a special lunch at the restaurant Szalone Widelce.   Visit to the Wawel Hill and see the Cathedral where the Kings of Poland were buried.  After a lunch break we recommend a trip to Kazimierz, the old Jewish quarter.  It’s an extraordinary place with plenty of cafes, restaurants and clubs.  Feel the magic atmosphere and explore the nooks of Kazimierz district.  Later on dinner will be at the restaurant CK Browar.

Day 10:  June 10, 2019:  Kraków       (B/L/D)
Following breakfast you will head for the Memorial and Museum Auschwitz Birkenau. It is a German name for Oswiecim, a town located 60 km to Krakow. Between 1940 and 1945 it was home to the largest of Nazi Germany’s concentration camps. Auschwitz consisted of three camps: Auschwitz I, Auschwitz II Birkenau and Auschwitz III Monowitz.  After lunch, return to Kraków.  Tonight, dinner at the restaurant Ariel.  Currently it houses the first private Judaistic art gallery in Cracow, with old and contemporary pieces of art, and in the second symmetric wing of the building, newly constructed, there is a cafe and restaurant with Jewish music concerts.

Day 11:  June 11, 2019:  Kraków     (B/D)
Following breakfast you will head for Wieliczka Salt Mine.  It’s an absolute must.  Wieliczka is a small town situated just a few kilometers from Krakow and salt has been mined here continuously since the 13th century.  It’s a world -class landmark attracting over a million visitors each year.  Enjoy dinner at the restaurant Kopalnia Smaku, then return to Krakow for the night.

Day 12: June 12, 2019:  Krakow ~ Wroclaw       (B/L/D)
Check out of the hotel and transfer to Wroclaw.  In the afternoon visit beef farm in specialized in Charolaise breeding (30 heads, 70 ha of land).  Later on, check into hotel for two nights and have dinner at an authentic Polish restaurant.

Day 13:  June 13, 2019:  Wroclaw       (B/L/D)
After breakfast, enjoy a Wroclaw city tour.   Wrocław is a city on the Oder River in western Poland.  It’s known for its Market Square, lined with elegant townhouses and featuring a modern fountain.  Also on the square is the Gothic Old Town Hall, with its large astronomical clock.  Nearby is the Panorama of Racławice, a painting depicting the 1794 battle for independence. The Centennial Hall auditorium, with its giant dome and tall spire, lies across the river.  Following lunch, in the afternoon, visit ex-kolhoz.  Total land size 39 ha of land.  Farm produce oats, wheat, carrots, potatoes using organic fertilizers. The predominant direction of the farm is horses breeding. The farm is a training base of the Lower Silesian Agricultural Advisory Centre and University of Life Sciences.

Day 14:  June 14, 2019:  Wroclaw ~ Poznan         (B/L/D)
Check out after breakfast and visit beef farm in Gołanice that specializise in Limousine breeding (450 heads).  Continue your journey to Poznan, a top 10 Must See Polish Cities by Trip Advisor.  After checking into your hotel for 2 nights, enjoy dinner at authentic Polish restaurant.

Day 15: June 15, 2019:  Poznan       (B/L/D)
Following breakfast, enjoy a Poznan city tour.  With over a thousand years of history Poznan is one of the oldest Polish cities. Take a walk around the Old Town and see the 13th century town hall with the famous billy-goat clock. On the Market Square you will find the pillory that was used to punish people for minor offenses. They were tied to it and publicly whipped.  After lunch, a brewery tour to LECH factory.  Lech Browary Wielkopolski is a big industrial brewery in Poznań, with a production capacity of 7.5 million hl.  It is one of the largest in PL, and producers of Lech, Tyskie, Żubr, and Redds - lies on the outskirts of the city.

Day 16:  June 16, 2019:  Warsaw         (B/L/D)
After breakfast, check out and travel to Warsaw.  Upon arrival, enjoy a city tour of Warsaw which is the biggest Polish city and the capital of Poland. The city of contrasts where history blends with modernity. Sightseeing includes such highlights as the Palace of Culture, the Royal Route and Lazienki Garden. You will pay a visit to former Jewish ghetto and have the opportunity to see the Umschlagplatz.  You won’t miss the Old Town with characteristic Sigismund’s column and the Royal Castle. Listen to the legend of the Warsaw mermaid and take a picture of Chopin’s Monument.  Enjoy dinner then check into the hotel for 2 nights.

Day 17:  June 17, 2019:  Warsaw             (B/L/D)
Following breakfast, visit Bronisze wholesale market in Warsaw, established in 1995, operated by a company (stocks are held 60% by the government, 25% by sellers of the market).  Total area 62ha, includes 33ha of equipment.  The fruit and vegetable market is open 24 hours a day 7 days a week (excluding Saturday from 10.00 to 18.00).  The producers sell their product on the Market individually or by producers’ groups.  Enjoy free time in the city center before a "Farewell dinner" at the restaurant this evening.

Day 18:  June 18, 2019:  End of Tour [B/IFM]
After breakfast, transfer to the airport for your flight back to North America.
