Day 01:  February 28, 2019 - DEPART NORTH AMERICA

Day 02:  March 01, 2019 - CASABLANCA – RABAT  
Arrival in Casablanca.  Welcome and assistance by your private English-speaking driver-guide who will be at your service for the duration of your stay in Morocco. Transfer to Rabat, the capital of Morocco and an Imperial city located along the Atlantic Ocean.    [D]

Day 03:  March 02, 2019 - RABAT – FEZ   
After breakfast at the hotel, tour the administrative capital of Morocco visiting the Hassan Tower, the remarkable Mohamed V Mausoleum, the Kasbah of the Oudayas and the Medina. Stop to visit the Roman ruins of Volubilis then proceed to Meknes, the city formerly known as the Moroccan Versailles. Arrival in Fez, the famous walled city and medieval capital of Morocco.  [B/L]

Day 04:  March 03, 2019 - FEZ  
After breakfast, enjoy a full-day tour of Fez, the oldest cultural and spiritual city of Morocco. Visit the medieval Medina of Fez, the religious Islamic centers and schools known as Medersas; see the Karaouine Mosque and the famous Nejjarine Fountain. Enjoy lunch on your own and spend your afternoon at leisure.   [B/L/D]

Day 05:  March 04, 2019 - FEZ – ERFOUD – MERZOUGA  
After breakfast, depart early for Merzouga. Travel through Midelt, the Ziz River and a series of fortified villages before you arrive in Erfoud, one of the largest oases in Morocco. Transfer by 4x4 land rover to Merzouga for your excursion to the desert dunes. Enjoy dinner and a magical stay overnight under the stars in a deluxe nomadic tent (made with camel hair) at Merzuga Luxury Desert Camp.   [B/D]

Day 06:  March 05, 2019 - MERZOUGA – OUARZAZATE – AIT BENHADDOU  
Witness the sunrise with an early rise.  After breakfast, drive to Tinghir via Rissani.  Visit the ruins of Ksar Abbar then continue on to the Todgha Gorge, a canyon in the Eastern part of the High Atlas Mountains. Drive along El Kelâa M’Gouna and the Dadès Valley. Arrive in Ouarzazate, the largest town in Saharan Morocco for an introductory tour of the town, then continue to Aït Benhaddou to check in and overnight at your hotel.  [B/L/D]

Day 07:  March 06, 2019 - AIT BENHADDOU – MARRAKECH  
After breakfast at the hotel, tour Aït Benhaddou village to see the ruins of this ancient Kasbah, a UNESCO World Heritage site, used as a backdrop for many Hollywood films. Continue via the Tizi n’Tichkamountain passage and the charming Berber village of Taddert before traveling on to Marrakech, offering unique historical and architectural sites and of course, its souks. You may want to have an optional  visit to 2 farms before checking into your hotel.   [B/L/D]

Day 08:  March 07, 2019 - MARRAKECH  
After breakfast, your entire day will be devoted to sightseeing in Marrakech, the second oldest Imperial City, also known as the "Pearl of the South".  Founded by the Almoravides at the end of the 11th-century, Marrakech sits in a lush oasis nestled at the foot of the snow-capped Atlas mountains.  Visit the famous Saadian Tombs, Menara Gardens, Koutoubia mosque, and Bahia Palace.  In the afternoon, continue your sightseeing at the souks and the famous Jemaa El Fna square.  You have an optional cooking class and lunch or an optional dinner at at typical Moroccan restaurant with an accompanying folklore show. Day 09:  March 08, 2019 - MARRAKECH  
After breakfast, enjoy your day at leisure to discover this beautiful city on your own with your personal car and driver at your disposal. In the evening, enjoy a Diffa Fantastia dinner served under caïdal tents while enjoying the performance complete with belly dancers, as well as camel and horse shows.  [B/D]

Day 10:  March 09, 2019 - MARRAKECH – EL JADIDA 
After breakfast, depart for El Jadida, a former Portuguese port, which is a beach resort offering all seaside amenities.  Discover a stylish and beautiful town, retaining the lanes and ramparts of an old Portuguese medina. Visit of the Portuguese ruins next to the pier where some canons, used during battles between Portuguese, Spanish & English armies, are still witnessing the great importance of this town .Continue to the Portuguese Cistern with its 25 arched Gothic pillars, together with the shallow pool of water and a rooftop opening in the middle of this hall, creating the most famous reflection image of the world.  This beautiful effect had attracted Orson Wells, who filmed scenes of Othello there.  Continue to Oualidia (Seaside resort) for fish lunch famous with its Oyster-Farming.  Some time to relax and transfer to hotel in the afternoon.  In the evening enjoy your dinner and have fun at Mazagan Casino.    [B/L/D]

Day 11:  March 10, 2019 - BEACH STAY  
Oualidia has one of the most beautiful landscapes you are likely to see. Overlooking a truly outstanding coastal lagoon, arguably the most picturesque and perfect in all of North Africa, it serves as a truly outstanding retreat here in Morocco. With a large variety of outdoor activities that are relaxing and serene like swimming and bird watching available, this is the perfect location for those looking to experience the more quiet side of Moroccan culture.   [B/L/D]

Day 12:  March 11, 2019 - BEACH STAY 
The best part of Oualidia is that it looks just as outstanding in each season of the year.  It is a great all-round destination to visit for the climate and the stunningly relaxing landscape.  Day at leisure to enjoy as you would choose.   [B/L/D]

Day 13:  March 12, 2019 - BEACH STAY  - CASABLANCA
After breakfast, depart for Casablanca.  After a fish lunch, you will have a city tour of Casablanca, visiting such sights as the Royal Palace, the romantic beachfront, the famous Hassan II Mosque where you will have an option to visit the interior.  Return to the hotel for dinner and an overnight.   [B/L/D]

Day 14: March 13, 2019: LISBON, PORTUGAL   [IFM/B]
Arrive into Lisbon, Portugal  and transfer to hotel for a 4-night stay.  Lisbon is the stunning capital city of Portugal, and is one of the most charismatic and vibrant cities of Western Europe.

Day 15: March 14, 2019: LISBON, PORTUGAL   [B/D]
A free day to explore Lisbon.  The city blends traditional heritage, with striking modernism and offers a rich and varied history, lively nightlife and is blessed with a glorious year-round climate.  Enjoy a “Welcome Dinner” with a private Portuguese chef this evening.

Day 16: March 15, 2019: LISBON – SINTRA - LISBON, PORTUGAL   [B/L/D]
Following breakfast at the hotel, depart for a visit of Sintra, a UNESCO heritage village with a fairytale setting.  The home of Portugal’s monarchs, this magnificent town has marvelous historic mansions, all set against the backdrop of lush hills.  Tour the village, enjoy a beachside luncheon at Cataplana’s Seafood Restaurant.  This afternoon’s highlight will be the visit to Colares Wine Region, that lies within two miles of the Atlantic Ocean.  It is famous as much for its sandy soils and un-grafted vines as the robust, tannic red wine it produces from the area's Ramisco grape.  Visit the Carcavelos Wines Region before returning to Lisbon and dinner at Fado, (musical genre with a dinner of Tapas) Restaurant.

Day 17: March 16, 2019: LISBON, PORTUGAL  [B/L/D]
Breakfast at the hotel then visit a handmade tile factory.  This will be followed with a tour to a wine and cheese maker’s estate and also known for regional pastries.  Lunch  at a local restaurant then return to Lisbon to explore on your own or just relax at the hotel.  Dinner this evening in Lisbon will be on the south bank of the river.

Day 18: March  17, 2019: LISBON – SETUBAL – LISBON, PORTUGAL [B/L/D]
After breakfast, visit the market for a tour and hands-on cooking class.  This market features fish and produce vendors with colorful locals daily lifestyle.  Let the chef teach you how to cook  and enjoy a Portuguese typical 3-course lunch with fish, meat and the famous Portuguese custard tarts as dessert.  This afternoon tour and visit the city of   Lisbon via the Eco Tuks, that will include old and historic Lisbon neighborhoods and viewpoints.  Dinner this evening will be at the hotel.

Day 19: March 18, 2019:  LISBON - COUNTRY REGION, PORTUGAL [B/L/D]
Check out of hotel and drive into the fruits and vegetable growing region of Portugal.  Visit to a Co-op of fruit and vegetable growers that buys and sells fruits, potatoes and pre-pack agricultural produce.  The Co-op is still using a preservation method now in its 4th generation.  Lunch at a fishermen’s village.  Travel to a unique countryside hotel and check in. There will be a Cooking Class and Dinner at the hotel this evening.

Day 20: March 19, 2019: COUNTRY REGION - EVORA, PORTUGAL   [B/L/D]
Enjoy a country style breakfast then visit the Cork oak tree forest and cork observatory.  This is followed with a winery luncheon in the Alentejo region.  In the afternoon, travel to Evora, a UNESCO World Heritage City.  With more than two thousand years of    history, Evora is rated as one of the best Portuguese cities to live in.  Check into hotel for an overnight stay and then enjoy the local cuisine at dinner.

Day 21: March  20, 2019: EVORA – BEJA, PORTUGAL  [B/L/D]
Following breakfast, visit Évora on a walking tour.  The tour includes the Roman Temple, the  Cathedral and Giraldo Square.  Lunch at a local winery that produces a unique white wine using red grapes.  This afternoon visit to an olive grove and mill, the fourth largest exporter of olive oil in the world.  Enjoy a tasting of the different types of olive oil being produced here.  This evening dinner is at a typical regional restaurant with a Cante Alentjano chorus live performance.  Return to hotel for the night.

Day 22: March 21, 2019: BEJA, PORTUGAL - SEVILLE, SPAIN  [B/L/D]
After breakfast at the hotel, there is time to explore this quaint hotel that was once a monastery.  Visit to a hydroponic strawberry greenhouse with over 200,000 plants.  Lunch at a local winery before saying  farewell to Portugal and driving into Spain. Arrive at the hotel in Seville for an overnight stay.  Dinner will be at the hotel.

Day 23: March 22, 2019:  END OF TOUR     [IFM]
