DAY 01 - Mon: July 03, 2023~   TORONTO, ONTARIO - ST. JACOBS, ONTARIO  (D)
Arrive Toronto then drive out of the city to the St. Jacobs area for the night with dinner enroute.  Arrive hotel for a 2-night stay.   Overnight:  St. Jacobs.

DAY 02 - Tue: July 04, 2023~- ST. JACOBS, ONTARIO   (B/L/D)
Breakfast at hotel then visit the St. Jacobs Farmers Market.  It is the largest year-round farmer's market in Canada, and is a popular destination for residents of the town and nearby communities, as well as tourists from Canada, the United States, and Europe.  It draws about 1 million visitors annually.  This is  Mennonite country and you get a tour into the countryside before lunch.  This afternoon visit a local farm growing soya beans, corn and beans.  Return to hotel for the night.

DAY 03 - Wed: July 05, 2023~ - ST. JACOBS - NIAGARA FALLS, ONTARIO   (B/L)
Breakfast in the hotel then travel to the Niagara Wine Region for tour and tasting.   Arrive hotel at Niagara Falls including a voyage of the “Maid of the Mist” under the falls?

DAY 04 - Thu: July 06, 2023 - NIAGARA FALLS REGION - LONDON, ONTARIO    (B/L)
Breakfast in the hotel then depart for the Tobacco, Ginseng & Vegetable growing region for a tour of a local farm.  Have lunch then visit a robot dairy operation.  Arrive at hotel in London, Ontario for a 2-night stay.  Overnight:  London

DAY 05 - Fri: July 07, 2023~ LONDON - CHATHAM - LONDON, ONTARIO    (B/L/D)
Depart hotel after breakfast and drive to visit a large greenhouse operation which grows peppers and/or tomatoes.  Have lunch in the local town then visit a large seed cleaning and processing plant.  The facility processes, cleans, and bags only the finest quality food grade soybeans for distribution internationally and has been growing, processing and distributing pedigree soybean seeds for over three decades.  They specialize in white hilum, non-GMO and Round-Up Ready soybean seed.  Return to hotel in London, Ontario for dinner and the night.  Overnight:  London

DAY 06 - Sat: July 08, 2023~ LONDON, ONTARIO - CALGARY, ALBERTA   (B)
After breakfast, transfer to the London Ontario Airport for your flight into Calgary, Alberta. (4 Hour Flight) Upon arrival view the city then transfer to hotel.

DAY 07 – Sun 09 July, 2023~ LETHBRIDGE (B/L)
Following breakfast, travel into the foothills of Alberta where most of the cattle ranching takes place.  A stop will be made at Bar U ranch, one of the first, most successful and most enduring large scale ranching operations in Canada, along with a wagon ride.  Ride into history on a wagon pulled by Percheron horses to discover the life of a ranching cowboy from the late 1800s at the Bar U Ranch National Historic Site. Back-dropped by the Rocky Mountains – it’s a true Alberta experience! Continue to the UNESCO World Heritage Site of Head-Smashed-In Buffalo Jump for a guided tour of this unique facility and learn about the hunting of the buffalo by a ‘native’ story teller.  Arrive Lethbridge for a 2-night stay.  Overnight: Lethbridge

DAY 08 – Mon 10 July, 2023 ~ LETHBRIDGE (B/D)
This morning, travel to “Feedlot Alley” to visit a feedlot operation specializing in both beef cattle feedlots as well as a sheep feedlot. This will be followed with a visit to a commercial greenhouse facilities.  After lunch, visit with a local farmer that grows potatoes, beans, sugar beets and seed canola on his farm. Return to Lethbridge for the night.  Dinner this evening at a local restaurant featuring Alberta grown produce. Overnight:  Lethbridge

DAY 09 – Tue 11 July, 2023 ~ LETHBRIDGE – CENTRAL ALBERTA   (B/D)
Depart Lethbridge and travel North towards some of the most fertile farm land in Western Canada. Farms are all rural, depending largely on agriculture and/or ranching for their income. This is followed by a visit to a local family farm that specializes in oil seed and grain production. Enjoy a BBQ dinner at the family farm before transferring to Lacombe for 2 nights.  Overnight: Lacombe  

DAY 10 – Wed 12 July, 2023 – CENTRAL ALBERTA (B/L)
Today starts with a visit to a local cattle auction market, followed by a visit to a large farm   equipment dealership.  After lunch visit a large dairy farm  as well as a bison ranch.  Return to Lacombe for dinner at a family restaurant serving local produce and products.  Overnight: Lacombe

DAY 11 – Thu 13 July, 2023 ~ CENTRAL ALBERTA – BANFF NATIONAL PARK   (B/D)
After breakfast at the hotel, travel west through the farming and ranching country into the Foothills of the Canadian Rocky Mountains.  A coffee stop will be made in Rocky Mountain House, the "Gateway to the Canadian Rockies".  From here, continue the journey past Lake Abraham, one of Canada's largest man-made lakes, before entering Banff National Park for lunch.  This afternoon drive to the Columbia Icefields Discovery Center where you board an amazing SnoCoach glacier ride onto the Glacier surface.  The Columbia Icefields are situated inside Jasper National Park.  Return to hotel for the night including a buffet dinner.  These accommodations are situated in the heart of the Canadian Rockies situated in Banff National Park.  Overnight: Banff National Park

DAY 12 – Fri 14 July, 2023 ~ BANFF NATIONAL PARK - CALGARY   (B)
Enjoy a buffet breakfast then travel along the scenic Icefields Parkway, one of the most scenic highways in Canada.  Visit Bow Lake, Peyto Lake, then beautiful Lake Louise, all crowning jewels in Banff National Park. Continue on to Banff, taking a ride on the Banff Gondola up the side of Sulphur Mountain for spectacular views.  Free time to explore Banff on your own.

DAY 13 – Sat 15 July, 2023 ~ CALGARY, AB  (B) 
Today you will make your way to Stampede Park, home of the "Greatest Outdoor Show on Earth" Calgary Stampede. This is a whole day at the Calgary Stampede to enjoy as you would choose, from the agricultural pavilions and other many other displays.  There is the option to take in the afternoon rodeo performance.  (Afternoon Rodeo Tickets must be booked in advance and are at an additional cost) This evening, you will enjoy the thrill and excitement of the world famous Chuckwagon Races, Grandstand show and Fireworks.  (NOTE: this will be a late evening) Overnight: Calgary

DAY 14 – Sun 16 July, 2023 ~ CALGARY, AB - THREE VALLEY GAP, BC  (B/L) 
Departing Calgary we retrace our steps into Banff National Park and arrive into the province of British Columbia. Our first visit will be at the Spiral Railways Tunnels viewpoint.  The steep grade in Kicking Horse Pass posed a serious challenge for the Canadian Pacific Rail company to transport products to the west coast of Canada. These tunnels are an engineering marvel. Continue to beautiful Emerald Lake, a majestic glacier fed lake. A stop at the Rogers Pass before arriving into Three Valley Gap. This evening enjoy a tour of this ghost town and museum complex including BBQ dinner.

DAY 15 – Mon 17 July, 2023 ~ THREE VALLEY GAP - KELOWNA  (B) 
Passing Sicamous, the houseboat capital of Canada we arrive at O’Keefe Rach Historic SIte. The O’Keefe Ranch was founded in 1867 and represents the very beginnings of European settlement in the Okanagan Valley. Visit Davison Orchards for a tour of this orchard and free time on your own for lunch. With the Okanagan Valley rich with fertile growing conditions, we make a stop at one of the local wineries for a tasting before arriving our hotel for the night.

DAY 16 – Tue 18 July, 2023 ~ KELOWNA - TSAWWASSEN  (B/L) 
Traveling across the central mountains of British Columbia, we travel on the Coquihalla Highway, the largest of 4 routes connecting the interior to the Vancouver area. Built to enhance regional tourism and to lighten traffic on the busy trucking routes, the section between Merritt and Hope, follows earlier cattle trails (1876), the Kettle Valley Railway (1913-59) and oil and gas industry pipelines. Arrive into the Frazer Valley one of the most lush growing area’s in the world. Visit a local dairy with a tour of this modern facilities. Later this afternoon we arrive Tsawwassen and our hotel.

DAY 17 – Wed 19 July, 2023 ~ TSAWWASSEN - VICTORIA  (B/L) 
Today we travel on the B.C Ferry from the mainland to Vancouver Island. This 90 minute crossing has amazing views and sometimes you can see Orca (Killer) Whales when getting closer to Vancouver Island. No visit to Vancouver Island would be complete without a visit to Butchart Gardens. Enveloping you in lush greens and colorful blooms, these garden and local setting are a must-see oasis. Lunch will also be included at the gardens. Later this afternoon arrive Victoria. Victoria is the capital city of the Canadian province of British Columbia, on the southern tip of Vancouver Island off Canada's Pacific coast.

DAY 18 – Thu 20 July, 2023 ~ VICTORIA - VANCOUVER  (B) 
A free morning in Victoria before traveling up island to Duncan. Visits the BC Forest Discovery Centre is a 100-acre, an open air museum with an operational railway. The Centre features forest and marsh trails with excellent bird watching opportunities. The story of BC’s forest industry is shared through exhibits, heritage buildings, and logging artifacts. Ride one of our historic trains over the Somenos Lake Trestle. Continue to Chemainus a community that has inspired other communities throughout the world to explore their roots by the many murals, that have beautify their towns, and instill pride. Later this afternoon we board the B.C. Ferry and travel from Dukes Point on Vancouver Island to Vancouver. This 2 hour crossing takes us across the Georgian Strait. Arrive hotel in Vancouver area for a two night stay.

DAY 19 – Fri 21 July, 2023 ~ VANCOUVER  (B/D) 
Visit the Capilano Suspension Bridge and conservation area. This is followed by taking the cable car up on Grouse Mountain with spectacular view of Vancouver. Later a visit with free time at Grandville Island. Brimming with arts and crafts studios, bars and restaurants with eye popping views. Granville Island is a popular spot for visitors and locals alike. Though it’s really a peninsula, jutting out into False Creek, the island draws visitors who can wander the pedestrian-friendly alleyways while enjoying the sounds of the buskers and the sights along the waterfront. Return to hotel this evening for “Farewell Dinner”.

DAY 20 – Sat 22 July, 2023 ~ END OF TOUR  (B) 
Tour comes to an end with a transfer to the Vancouver International Airport.
