Day 01:  June 10, 2023:  Depart North America (IFM)
Depart North America for a flight into Krakow, Poland.

Day 02:  June 11, 2023:  Krakow, Poland
Arrive Krakow, Poland.  Upon arrival, transfer to the hotel for 3 nights.  Dinner on your own this evening.

Day 03:  June 12, 2023:  Krakow, Poland       (B/L/D)
Today enjoy a Krakow city tour. Walk along beautiful Kanonicza and Grodzka streets, enjoy the ambience of the Main Market Square and listen to the bugle call from the tower of St. Mary’s Church. There will be a special Polish lunch. After lunch visit the Wieliczka Salt Mine (which requires walking and stairs). The mine is currently one of Poland's official national Historic Monuments (Pomniki historii), whose attractions include dozens of statues and four chapels carved out of the rock salt by the miners. A wooden staircase provides access to the mine's 64-metre (210-foot) level. A 3-kilometre (1.9-mile) tour features corridors, chapels, statues, and underground lake, 135 metres (443 ft) underground. An elevator returns visitors to the surface. Return to hotel early evening with dinner at a local restaurant.

Day 04:  June 13, 2023:  Krakow, Poland       (B/L/D)
Following breakfast you will head for the Memorial and Museum Auschwitz Birkenau. It is a German name for Oswiecim, a town located 60 km to Krakow. Between 1940 and 1945 it was home to the largest of Nazi Germany’s concentration camps.   Tonight, dinner at the restaurant Ariel.  It houses the first private Judaistic art gallery in Krakow, with old and contemporary pieces of art, and in the second symmetric wing of the building, newly constructed, there is a cafe and restaurant with Jewish music concerts.

Day 05: June 14, 2023:  Krakow ~ Wroclaw, Poland       (B/D)
Check out of the hotel and drive through the Polish countryside as you make your way to Wroclaw. Enroute, visit a large cattle and grain farm as the hosts explain the day to day operation. Later on, continue into Wroclaw and check into hotel for two nights with an authentic Polish dinner this evening.

Day 06:  June 15, 2023:  Wroclaw, Poland       (B/L/D)
After breakfast, enjoy a Wroclaw city tour. Wrocław is a city on the Oder River in western Poland. It’s known for its Market Square, lined with elegant townhouses and featuring a modern fountain. Also on the square is the Gothic Old Town Hall, with its large astronomical clock. Nearby is the Panorama of Racławice, a painting depicting the 1794 battle for independence. The Centennial Hall, with its giant dome and tall spire, lies across the river. In the afternoon, travel into the countryside and visit the oldest winery in Poland for a tasting and dinner. Return to hotel.

Day 07:  June 16, 2023:  Wroclaw ~ Poznan, Poland         (B/L/D)
Check out after breakfast and travel to visit a vegetable farm specializing in fermentable products. Lunch at a local microbrewery that serves dishes and products grown on the farm. Continue your journey through the countryside to Poznan, one of the top 10 "Must See Polish Cities" to visit. After checking into your hotel for 2 nights, enjoy dinner at a local restaurant.

Day 08: June 17, 2023:  Poznan, Poland       (B/L/D)
Today enjoy a Poznan city tour. With over a thousand years of history Poznan is one of the oldest cities in Poland. Take a walk around the Old Town and see the 13th century town hall with the famous billy-goat clock. After lunch travel into the countryside and visit a local farm. Dinner this evening where you can once again taste traditional Polish cuisine. 

Day 09:  June 18, 2023:  Warsaw, Poland         (B/D)
After breakfast, check out and start your journey towards Warsaw. Enroute, visit another local farm specializing in crop production and rural management. Continue into Warsaw and enjoy a Chopin Concert in the park. Check into hotel for a 2-night stay and dinner.

Day 10:  June 19, 2023:  Warsaw, Poland             (B/L/D)
Following breakfast, visit Bronisze wholesale market in Warsaw, established in 1995, operated by a company comprised of the government and the sellers.  The fruit and vegetable market is open 24 hours a day 7 days a week.  Enjoy a Chopin Concert in the park. Enjoy free time in the city center before a "Farewell dinner" at the restaurant this evening.

Day 11:  June 20, 2023:  Odessa, Ukraine      [B/D]
Morning flight from Warsaw, Poland into Odessa, Ukraine. Arrive at the Odessa airport today then transfer to a city centre hotel for a 3-night stay.  “Welcome to Ukraine Dinner” this evening at an authentic Odessa restaurant.

Day 12:   June 21, 2023:  Odessa, Ukraine      (B/L/D)
After breakfast, enjoy an Odessa city tour.  During the tour you will be not only taken to famous locations that all travelers visit, but also to places usually seen only by the people who live here!  A city with intimate courtyards, a romantic ambience and a Mediterranean spirit that evokes a feeling of peace and happiness with reminders of its past “golden age”.  The visit includes Potemkin stairs, Derebasovskaya Street, Frantsuzskiy boulevard, Odessa Opera House.  You will be provided with an unforgettable and a wonderful time in Odessa so that you will fall in love with this city!  Enjoy free time before dinner this evening.

Day 13:  June 22, 2023:  Odessa, Ukraine       (B/L/D)
Today you will visit wineries, including Shabo winery with wine tasting.  It is located directly at production complex of "Shabo" Company, in one of the ancient European wine-making regions, its traditions were established in ancient times.  It is the exclusive cultural center in Ukraine combining operating advanced enterprise, ancient wine cellars, degustation room, expositions of modern sculptures and architecture, and unique Wine and Wine-making Museum.  Lunch at the winery before returning to Odessa in the afternoon.

Day 14:   June 23, 2023:  Odessa ~ Mankivka, Ukraine      (B/L/D)
Checkout after breakfast and travel through the countryside of Ukraine, visiting a crop production farm enroute.   The farm has 3000 ha of land and is involved in production of grain, corn, sunflower and  rape seeds.  After lunch, you will be visiting a dairy farm with 300 head of dairy cows.  Later in the day, transfer to the hotel for the night.

Day 15:  June 24, 2023:  Mankivka ~ Kiev, Ukraine      (B/L/D)
After breakfast, check out and transfer to technical visits.  Visit a crop production farm owned by German farmer consisting of 2500ha.  The farm grows winter wheat, rape, barley, sunflower, sweet corn, sugar beet and soy beans.  After lunch, visit a modern dairy with 3000 ha of land, 1662 cattle, 825 milking cows.  Breeds are red-and-white and black and white Holstein. There is a biogas unit on the farm as well.  Continue into Kiev for a 3-night stay.

Day 16:  June 25, 2023:  Kiev, Ukraine        (B/L)
Today, a Kiev city tour.  During the excursion you see Golden Gate, Saint Sophia Cathedral , Sophia Square, B. Khmelnuckyi monument, Andriivska church, National Bank of Ukraine, feudal castle, Chocolate house, Klovskyi Palace.  Enjoy time on your own, further exploring this city. 

Day 17:  June 26, 2023:  Kiev, Ukraine     (B/L/D)
This morning, after breakfast, visit the ethnographic complex "Ukrainian village".  The main objective of the Church and Ethnographic Complex “Ukrainian Village” is to revive in the hearts of ordinary Ukrainians love to Ukrainian spiritual roots: faith, people, state, culture, and family life.  Enjoy lunch at the village museum before traveling back to Kiev.  Return to hotel in afternoon and enjoy a Ukraine "Farewell Dinner" this evening.

Day 18:  June 27, 2023:  END OF Tour      (IFM)
Transfer to the Kiev International Airport for your return flight to North America.
